Who are Ben & Emilie?
Chicago-born Emilie and Ben from Portugal crossed paths in Amsterdam during their stint at a tour company. Their shared passion for pub quizzes and treasure hunts led them to create their award-winning mystery city games for those who want to explore Amsterdam in a creative and thrilling way.

“We had a fun couple of hours unravelling The Mystery of A Secret Sender. It is a fun way to explore different parts of the city and you don’t feel rushed to finish in a particular time frame, so you can take your time to admire the lovely scenery of the canals and discover parts of the city/spot shops that you’d like to come back to. The mystery is well thought out and provides a good range of difficulty throughout its puzzles, which enables all ages to enjoy taking part.“

“My husband surprised me with The Secret of the Sender game for Valentine’s Day, and we enjoyed it so much that when we had guests visiting from London, we decided to do Operation 45. We really liked the fact that everything was analogue, we didn’t have to use our phones at all – you get a backpack full of puzzles, maps and props at the beginning and off you go on an adventure Indiana Jones style ? We also appreciated that everything is historically accurate and you get to see details of Amsterdam you would surely miss otherwise! The “game masters” are also very nice and personable and gave us some really cool suggestions for things around Amsterdam. Can’t wait for the next game from this team! ?”
