Tomas is a boating enthusiast and proud local. After buying his first boat in 2001, he decided to launch his canal cruise company. During the lockdown of 2021, I (Alexandra) took up a sustainable tourism project with the city of Amsterdam and had the pleasure of interviewing Tomas. From the get-go, he was open, warm and passionate. I loved the way he views sustainability as a way to give back to the city he was born in and loves.
