Meet Leander. A firefighter by day and the owner of Amsterdam Countryside Tours, he was inspired to start his tour company after joining an art tour in Miami, USA. “Our trip with Leander was incredible! If you want to visit the sights with a local and avoid some of the tourist traps, this is your tour. Leander is knowledgeable about the history of the Netherlands, and shared a ton of information with us about the landscape and the Dutch engineering that makes it all possible. We felt right at home with him like we were hanging out with a good friend, sharing apple pie in a small cafe, visiting a working mill, and a cheese shop.
