Amsterdam security regulations allow a maximum of 15 guests per guide for walking tours in the historic city center. Larger groups are absolutely welcome — we simply split them into smaller groups of up to 15, each with their own guide, all running at the same time.

For bus tours, there is no such restriction. The guide simply boards the bus and delivers the full storytelling experience to the entire group at once, making it ideal for large groups or guests who prefer not to walk.

Yes. We can send product sheets, images, sample itineraries, storytelling descriptions and all the information you need for brochures or online listings.

Whenever possible, yes. If guides are available, we can confirm same-day or next-day bookings. For larger groups requiring multiple guides, early booking is strongly recommended.

English and German are our standard languages. Additional languages may be available depending on guide availability — feel free to ask.

Yes. We offer a dedicated school-group version of the Hello Amsterdam Walking Tour in English or German. It’s interactive, age-appropriate and designed to keep students engaged. We can also provide multiple guides for large school groups.
