We will meet at Lot61 (Coffee place), 2 minutes away from Amsterdam Central Train Station
Lot61 (Coffee place) right under the double tree hotel (Address: Oosterdoksstraat 4, 1011 DK Amsterdam, Netherlands). If you need to travel with public transportation make sure they stop at the Central Station. From the Central Station walk (East) to Lot61. Eastwood Coffee offers free WIFI to come in contact with me if necessary.
This is a perfect way to see a little bit of the countryside outside of Amsterdam – and learn quite a bit about Dutch ingenuity, culture and customs – with a very knowledgeable and friendly guide.
Leander is responsive, on time and very conversational – sharing his love for his home country – he knows the owners of the places you see which gets you a much more intimate experience than the larger groups going through.
If you enjoy learning and good conversation this is one of the best tours i have been on – you leave feeling more knowledgeable about the country you are visiting.
Also if you are a queer traveler – The Netherlands is a very safe country – and Leander is a kind, considerate and inclusive person – you will feel perfectly safe, seen and at ease with him as your guide.

This was a lovely tour and great way to see more of the Netherlands than just Amsterdam. It was nice to have the opportunity to ask Leander tons of questions and hear personal experience. He’s very knowledgeable! The stops were all very nice. No tips really needed – bring comfortable shoes for brief walks. Plan to buy cheese at the factory! You can travel with the cheese to the US if it’s unopened – I wish I bought more.
