For peace of mind, we ship using the international signature for delivery. This means that the addressee is required to sign and produce proof of identity upon delivery.

How long does shipping take?

When will my order be shipped?
Boxes ship every Friday for all orders placed in the last seven days.
Will I be able to track my order?
Once your box has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for you to stay in the loop.
What happens if I or the recipient is not home?
If you or the lucky person you love so much to get this awesome box for is not home, don’t worry. The box will be dropped off at the nearest pick-up point. You will receive an email about when and where it is to be picked up. Please note that as we use the international signature for delivery method, the recipient needs to sign and produce proof of identity upon pick-up.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
If your box does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please send us an email with your order and tracking number. We will contact the courier and keep you posted. It might be due to delays which is beyond our control.
Should your box be lost in transit, we will get in touch with our postal service and open up an investigation. As we deliver using the international signature for delivery method, you will receive a 100% refund in the event of loss or damage after a thorough investigation.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
In the event of damage, please take photos of the damage and email us together with your order and tracking number. We will then contact the courier accordingly to open up an investigation.

Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final.
Can I choose my own beers?
Beer is a subjective taste, isn’t it? The beers we pick are seasonal offerings. If there’s a particular type of beer you hate, please note it under ‘order notes’ during the check-out process. We pride ourselves on being discerning hopheads. We’re sure we’ll pick something you’ll love.
